Why does the tracked trajectory mismatch the actual human trajectory after being installed into the final product?
Improper housing design can cause a shift in the module's sensing angle.
Why do ghost trajectory points appear when no one is present after the module is installed into the final product?
This is caused by an improper design of the housing or the spacing between the module and the housing.
Why does the serial communication output garbled characters when first powered on?
The module requires a stable power-on period of 2 to 3 seconds before initiating communication, ensuring that internal parameter initialization completes successfully.
How many targets does the multi-target feature support?
Our module can track a maximum of three targets simultaneously.
What target information can be retrieved?
The module reports the target's distance, azimuth angle, and velocity information to the main controller according to the communication protocol.
