Overview

This module is a complete ZigBee solution based on the Silicon Labs EFR32MG21A020F512IM32-B chipset. It supports the IEEE 802.15.4 wireless communication protocol and operates in the 2.4GHz–2.5GHz frequency range. Featuring 512KB Flash memory and 64KB RAM, the module delivers data rates of up to 250Kbps for reliable and efficient wireless connectivity.
